To develop early brain activity and enhance earliest language and communication in all babies and children with learning disabilities by creative use of  strongly contrasting black, white and red innovative educational playthings, including hoolet the owl, sensory hoolet, interactive hoolet and pram/cot inserts. Our aim is to combine clinical research and practical experience and hoolet is the first educational plaything designed with the objective of being a brain stimulant.
